today it went from the Axamer Lizum on 2403 m on the Nockspitze. The path was somewhat long, as Dani and I'm not even 100% fit and had to chill infection. Finally we made it yet, and enjoyed the breathtaking panorama so high above Innsbruck. Better but I say nothing and let the images speak ....

on the road again. After a stopover in Inzell and BA, we went to Vienna on Saturday and since then live there for 15 minutes on foot from Sweden place in an apartment - thank M. Besides Naschmarkt Zoo and we have the Vienna Nightlife infested and were Wurstelprater. Tomorrow I will be back in Styria, the green to the wellness and relaxation.

How Soon After I Take Colyte Should I Go

After a long time I sign up again and I hope that this was no exception. Sport motivation low, Injuries and infections this year have me in what I am doing best prevented and so today was my second trip on road bike - nit I say more!
headwind from Innsbruck - to Telfs (24.5 average), a tail wind back (total 28 average), you know the rest anyway, if you are already ever been to a racing bike.

Today was ready. The first summit of the year for me but the first summit of their life for my girlfriend. Otten had with the peak in Schmirntal Although I "only" 800 m but picked quite mixed Tour.
From the parking lot at the new settlement between St. Jodok and Schmirn (after the sweeping right) it starts, steep path up a forest. Everything is already marked out and extended the aisle of the many to shut down a runway. However, it is enough snow there, so stones are not an issue yet.
runs above the tree line, the trail then switchbacks up to the summit. The slope just below the summit is to go a little more difficult, since there is already steep but the track and there was often slipped away from the sail. Not exactly the ideal conditions for the first summit, but my Schatzi mastered like a pro and entitled proud we enjoyed the summit, the first and only sun and the beautiful panoramic view with a distant view as they are rarely seen.
The departure of the worn summit slope was difficult but soon you could escape right over and ski down to the forest to fantastic powder snow slopes - if you like. Since the exit is not much forest clearing hergab we left the forest road.

You'll now you may think that it's boring year after year, to go almost every Wednesday, the same night skiing. I can say is wrong! The movement in the open - this time icy cold - air after a working day is only so much value that you will read here also of the next 100 trips to the mother Alm. This time I was back in the company and this time it was even the longest trip for my girlfriend. This they did, of course, not before.
But that was big in the newspaper announced that the mother Wednesday to 22.35 clock open for ski touring unfortunately did not alter the risk of this tour. It takes a while here but no beep or ABS backpack, but you have to be careful that not one of the track workers by skidoo runs over one or the Radrack of how the fire department goes directly next to or on the track to play a recorded tour. On-going at full speed snow lances have the charm of a night tour miss something - it can dangerous on the other days of the week not to be.
Exhausted and happy we arrived at the restaurant experience gave us forced deepest apres ski music, ate in comparison to last year completely overpriced food and went between the giant snow hills on the way the valley.

The weather was again more than welcoming and so my brother picked us up in the morning and we were on our way to the Leutasch, more superior to the parking lot of Rauthhütte. There, an abandoned ski slope awaits many hikers and sledders.
to the beginning or for a short afternoon or morning tour coordinate your best, it is the consistently communicate to medium steep hill to the right Rauthhütte at the foot of the High mouth is and a wonderful view of the mountains on the Seefeld plateau and around Innsbruck in the Inn valley releases.

Today I was once traveling alone and had taken a two gullies between weather and cross Pfons Kreuzjöchl eye. At the very summit, I did not want to because I only about 12 clock in the parking lot (upper parking lot at the end of the Navis Navis Valley - 2.50 EUR Parking fee) and my condition was still not so great at the moment.

After several shopping marathons, it was finally done and my girlfriend and I had our equipment back up to date In order that not even the second tour robs the fun of it, because they are too steep, too shady, too long or too strenuous, we opted for wiedermal Navistal. Once there, we marched
- starting from the upper parking lot - to peer Alm, and from there the gorgeous sunlit hillside to the next pasture to 1802 m. Quickly, I inaugurated my shovel and dug us a comfortable bench in the snow on which we could dangle let our soul.
The departure was then nit unfortunately the truth. Breakable crust with heavy snow below. Almost impossible to drive. Since cursed man (or woman) to right. Compensation there was on the peer pasture where we met and strengthened still dear friends. Business.net
