4-Port USB 2.0 Hub from Belkin Linux
In the compatibility lists I found very little information USB hubs on Linux and the manufacturers are silent on anyway. An optional device is currently on the above, which I bought for about 15 € and are suitable for absolute linux. I currently have three very different devices to it: printers, external hard drive, mouse and keyboard adapter. Two of them are USB 2.0 devices. Everything is - even without an external power supply - no problems detected and working properly. Only my Logitech webcam I had to connect directly, because the driver is otherwise adversely affected and is failing with error. Overall, I highly recommend this device with Linux.
